Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns on products that have been opened or used, unless the item is defective.

Refunds

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or error on our part.

Exchanges

If you'd prefer an exchange, we’ll send you a replacement item once we receive the returned product, provided it meets the return criteria.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. We’ll cover the return shipping for defective items.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and items marked as “final sale” are non-returnable.
